Dordogne country house near Monpazier

You will stay in a stone character house, old farmhouse , independent, located southeast of the Dordogne ( 10 km from Monpazier ), countryside, very wooded area ( beautiful walks ). The thickness of the stone walls allows for freshness during the summer period. The space With an area of 100m2, this house consists of: - a living room (dining table, relaxation area with sofa, insert, TV) with equipped open kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, 4-burner stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher) - a living room ( sofa, 3 armchairs ) - one bedroom with 2 beds 90 x190 - 2 bedrooms 140x190 bed - a shower room ( shower, towel dryer, hair dryer ) - Separate toilet. You also have a cellar where the washing machine is located (possibly convenient room for storing bikes ). The living room opens onto a covered terrace on the courtyard side to the north ( barbecue: charcoal provided, garden furniture ) and to the garden on the south side (garden furniture ). Parking: in the courtyard or under a shed ( not closed ). Other amenities: iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, 3 fans and for your leisure: 2 deckchairs, badminton rackets and net, petanque balls, books. You can take advantage of your stay to rest but also to discover the rich heritage, gastronomy. Nearby, beautiful bastides ( Monpazier, Villefranche du Périgord.....), castles ( Biron, Bonaguil, Les Milandes.....), gouffres ( Proumeyssac.....), caves . The Vezere Valley ( Limeuil, Le Bugue, Les Eysies, Lascaux.....) and the Dordogne Valley (La Roque Gageac, Beynac, Domme, Sarlat......) are not far away. On the Dordogne: canoeing, gabarre walk, swimming (" Coux et Bigaroque " beach) The amusement park " Parc en ciel " de Lacapelle Biron ( tree climbing, mini golf, swimming ) is 10 km away. In summer, many gourmet markets where you will discover local products. Other things to note In high season (from July 11 to August 28) we only accept rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Sheets can be provided on request (14 euros per bed). Bathroom linens are not provided. Cleaning supplies are available. Possibility of taking the end-of-stay cleaning option at the rate of 60 euros. The land is not fenced; pets are not allowed. A security deposit of 500 euro will be paid upon key handover. It will be returned on the day of departure or at the latest within 10 days, minus any deductions justified by the owner.
