Dordogne country house near Monpazier

You will stay in a stone house with character, old farm, independent, located southeast of the Dordogne (10 km from Monpazier), countryside, very wooded region (beautiful walks). The thickness of the stone walls allows for coolness during the summer period. The space With an area of 100 m², this house consists of: - a living room (dining table, seating area with sofa, insert, television) with equipped open kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, 4-burner stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher) - a living room (sofa, 3 armchairs) - one bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 190 - 2 bedrooms with 140 x 190 beds - a bathroom (shower, towel dryer, hairdryer) - Separate toilet. You also have a cellar in which the washing machine is located (possibly a convenient place to store bicycles). The living room opens onto a covered terrace on the north courtyard side (barbecue: charcoal provided, garden furniture) and on the south side garden (garden furniture). Parking: in the courtyard or under a hangar (not closed). Other amenities: iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, 3 fans and for your leisure: 2 deckchairs, rackets and badminton net, petanque balls, books. You can enjoy your stay to rest but also to discover the richness of the heritage, the gastronomy. Nearby, beautiful bastides (Monpazier, Villefranche du Périgord...), castles (Biron, Bonaguil, Les Milandes...), chasms (Proumeyssac...), caves. The Vézère Valley (Limeuil, Le Bugue, Les Eysies, Lascaux...) and the Dordogne Valley (La Roque Gageac, Beynac, Domme, Sarlat...) are not far away. On the Dordogne: canoe, barge ride, swimming (beach of "Coux et Bigaroque") The "Parc en ciel" amusement park in Lacapelle Biron (tree climbing, mini-golf, swimming) is 10 km away. In summer, there are many gourmet markets where you will discover local products. Other things to note In high season (July 11 to August 28) we only accept rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Sheets can be provided on request (14 euros per bed). Bathroom linens are not provided. Cleaning products are available. Possibility to take the end-of-stay cleaning option at the rate of 60 euros. The land is not fenced; no pets allowed. A security deposit of 500 euros will be paid upon key handover. It will be returned on the day of departure or at the latest within 10 days, less any deductions justified by the owner.
