Our Beautiful and Comfy Private Room is equipped to have an enjoyable stay for up to two guests. You will have all you need right downstairs, supermarket, cleaner, laundromat, pharmacy, buses and trains. We are just 10 minutes away walking distance from The City College of New York. The space The bedroom is equipped to have a very enjoyable stay. It has a full size bed, an spacious closet with hangers, a night stand with drawers, a beautiful chest, a mirror, WIFI, a comfortable chair, a small fridge and an electric kettle. Guest access Your bedroom is private with a loaned set of keys. The bathroom will be shared with us. Feel free to use the kitchen and the living room if you like. Other things to note Please remember this is not a hotel. We do not have a 24/7 check in/check out. Please communicate your approximate arrival/departure time so we can plan our day accordingly. Please clean up after yourself. All common areas will be cleaned once a week. The wifi signal is not as strong in this room because the apartment is big. However, you will have access to all common areas of the apartment for faster connection. A small basket of toiletries is provided, It includes: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel & toothpaste. If any of us is home the day of your arrival you can check in earlier than 2pm but please ask before you reserve to ensure someone will be home to receive you. The bed can not hold more than 400lbs total. If you and your guests weight more than this please do not book my place because the bed will brake.
