The Coach House is in an eclectic neighborhood on Lake Michigan. Grand Mere State Park is a year around beautiful place for hiking by small lakes and through beautiful sand dunes. A small beach is a 2 minute walk away. The family room and kitchen face Lake Michigan with lots of windows. The house has a queen bedroom, queen pullout in family room, and laundry. A gas FIRE PIT and a HOT TUB are located on the back patio directly on Lake Michigan with a spectacular view behind the main house. The space The coach house is on the Lake with a view of Lake Michigan. It has a full kitchen a living room with a queen pullout and a queen bedroom and bath. Grand Mere State Park is very close containing 985 acres of dunes, trails and several thousand feet of beach. Hiking, cross country skiing, and fishing are available in the park. Two small beaches are a 5 minute walk nearby along with 12 minutes away more than a mile of beach to walk in Grand Mere State Park. Guest access You will have access to the entire house including the bedrooms. The laundry room is also available to you. The hot tub and the fire pit are behind the main house and are shared with the main house. The fire pit is not available in the snow. Other things to note Stay away from the edge of the bluff in the winter because if it is icy it could be very very dangerous if you slip. The hot tub is available and shared with the main house The gas fire pit is available to guests; however, I ask you to be respectful in how much gas that you use. Beach chairs, etc. are available to carry to the beach at Grand Mere State Park. A charcoal grill is provided. A 4 person table is provided so that you can eat out on the deck. I love children! However, they are very active and are to be included as people on my listing! Please DO NOT go into Lake Michigan from my rocks. The rocks are slippery and it is very dangerous.
