Nice Basement Apt, near to Downtown and Hospitals

Newly renovated spacious one-bedroom basement apartment, quiet neighborhood, less than ten minutes to downtown 4.5 mi to Baptist Hospital and 3.5 mi to Forsyth Medical Center. The space The private entrance for the apartment is in the back, the apartment has a smart TVs that come with several apps options such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. Cable is provided by the spectrum app that offers local channels and much more. Other things to note I stay on the main level and am a very quiet person, so you don't have to worry about noise. There is one thermostat for the house which is on the main level and the temperature is set at 72 in winter and 74 in summer, but I can always adjust if requested.
