Beautiful Home in Hamburg Area

Beautiful house at end of dead-end street. Great neighborhood. Very close, but not too close to I-75 in Hamburg area of Lexington. Almost all lighting controlled by Alexa. Digital access to house through app on phone or keypad. No access to garage or basement. I live in the house one week per month, but never when somebody is staying at house. Master Bedroom is on 1st Floor with King size bed and Master Bath. Three remaining bedrooms have queen size beds and share bathroom upstairs. The space Very safe and very quiet neighborhood. Last house on dead-end street. Guest access Have access to everything in house except garage and basement. Beautiful back deck that during summer months you feel like you are in the country. Other things to note High speed 1 gig fiber optic internet and YouTube cable TV is provided at this residence. With a TV in each bedroom, Master Bath, Kitchen and in Living Room.
