Enjoy Coastal Cottage Living in a lovely 540 sq ft one bedroom vacation villa within the activity-filled gated resort of Hilton Head Beach and Tennis. Completely remodeled from with all new fixtures, furnishings, housewares and accessories, this charming beach villa has just opened its doors for guests in March 2019. Amenities include coffee, popcorn, breakfast treats and bottled water to consume; and beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and other items to borrow while here. The space Enjoy a sampling of fruit and snacks as well as bottled water and fresh flowers. Please tell us about your special occasion and we will do our best to make it extra special upon your arrival. Sleeping areas include queen pillow top bed in master bedroom, queen size sleeper sofa with gel mattress in living room and two bunk beds with plush toppers for comfort in separate sleeping area with doors for privacy. In the Villa, a local area map and information on restaurants, local attractions and much more are provided. The cleaning fee includes the resort's ocean front parking fee of $25 for one car. For your convenience and savings, there is no separate charge for the first car. However, the resort charges a separate $25 for each additional car when guests have more than one car per stay.
