Located in a typical period building in the historic center of Orta San Giulio, just a few meters away from the lake, it was renovated and newly furnished in 2012, enhancing its charming ancient wooden ceilings and cotto floors. Kitchen with 4 burner hob, microwave, convection oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, provided with dishes, glasses, cutlery, pans and kitchenware. The living room is furnished with Full HD LCD TV, satellite receiver, DVD player, HI-FI system, double sofa bed, table and chairs. The flat is equipped with WI-FI internet connection and independent heating. You'll also find a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, detergents and cleaning products.
