Located in the heart of John's Landing in SW Portland. Everything you could want is close by. Walk to the waterfront walking trails, parks, to downtown, the tram, south waterfront along the Willamette River. Hop on a variety of public transit/ available only a block or 2 away. The city center a 5 minute drive. There's great shops, coffee/cafe's, pubs and restaurants in the area and easy access to all areas of PDX. This is one of the most desirable, in demand, enjoyable neighborhoods in Portland! The space On a large corner lot has been updated and converted over the years into three separate units with their own entrances. This new unit is located on the west half of the main floor with a private side entrance. This includes a bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen area and a great porch with a gas grill. Guest access Your side porch is located next to your entrance with a small seating area and grill. The kitchen area is equiped with basic utensils and amenities like a microwave, mini fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, toaster oven, ceiling fan/ light, and large sink. There is good natural light with lots of windows. laundry is available upon request. This is a shared area and located in the basement through a separate entrance. Co-host Anna lives in an apartment on the property and laundry use can be arranged through her. More information is in the guidebook upon arrival. Other things to note The other two units are occupied by two true friendly Oregonian family members who are available to answer questions and help with accommodations as needed to make your stay a great one! They are excellent resources on what to do in PDX and Oregon's surrounding area, Mt Hood, Gorge, Beaches, all just an hour or so away. Your space is located in the most private and quiet wing of the house. Communication again is important to us, just to be sure we are meeting your needs for the time you are here.
