Follow the driveway and veer left at the end of the driveway. You will be provided a code to the smart lock the day of your arrival. The property encompasses six acres of a park-like setting with mature oak trees as well as open pasture. We are also a small country farm, so you will often see wildlife on our property most commonly rabbits, foxes, birds, deer or even the occasional snake. Visit us in the spring to enjoy a field of daffodils in full bloom! We also have a guest suite attached to our main home. You may see other guests coming and going. Important to know: We do NOT have cable or WIFI in the cottage. Should you feel like curling up and watching a movie, please enjoy the DVDs provided or utilize your own wireless connections. We also live on-site with our cat. Who loves to greet guests. NO PARTYING! Maximum occupancy is two. Must be 21 or older to rent & show proof of age! Guests will have access to the entire tiny home. We will respect your privacy, but we are available at anytime during your stay. We are happy to help in any way we can! Our farmhouse is located in a beautiful valley on the outskirts of the Hot Springs National Park. Even though it is only a few minutes from downtown, the picturesque mountains and woods that surround the area give a feeling of rustic escape from the lights and noise of city life. The six acre property includes a half acre heirloom vegetable garden, a beautiful field of daffodils and horse pasture. Please enjoy the horses from a distance and do not feed them. For the more adventurous among our guests, we are within riding distance from the mountain biking trails of Cedarglade Park and North Woods Trails and only seven miles away from Lake Ouachita State Park.
