Villa Valencia opened in January 2022 and is located close to San Jose del Cabo on a beautiful stretch of sandy beach with multiple pools, an infinity pool at the beach edge, a "river", five restaurants and spectacular views from virtually every suite. The three bedroom oceanfront suite has virtually everything one would want/need for an amazing Cabo vacation including a private hot tub/spa/jacuzzi on the very large deck, 3 bedrooms with king size beds in two and two queens in the third (or similar - depending on the exact unit). The unit is approx. 2,500 sq.ft Other sized suites available at this resort from studio to 4 bedroom penthouse. REGARDING THE ALL-INCLUSIVE MEAL PLAN: This plan is optional at the resort and is available to all guests with a confirmed reservation. Everyone staying in the same suite must participate in the all-inclusive plan together. The plan costs $140/day/adult and 50% less for children ages 4 - 12 PLEASE NOTE: Photos are "representative" and "typical". Each available unit will be slightly different in location/view/orientation OTHER UNITS AVAILABLE: I have access to over 5000+ units in Loreto, Cabo, San Jose del Cabo, Cancun and Puerto Vallarta ranging from studios to 4 bedroom penthouses. PLEASE NOTE REGARDING CANCELLATION POLICY: The VRBO algorithm does not have the flexibility to accurately convey the cancellation policy so here goes: While there are no cancellations or refunds less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, if you need to cancel more than 60 days in advance there is a $350 cancellation fee from the resort which I will have to pass on to you but otherwise you will get the remainder of your payment fully returned.
