Home in Petoskey

This nice open space is super comfortable & relaxing. It has vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, a water dispenser, a grill, a small deck, a fire pit, a picnic table, a soaking tub, etc... With a quick 7-minute drive to either downtown Petoskey or a 10-minute drive to Charlevoix and 20 minutes to Petoskey State Park. There is shoreline access across the road from us at West Park about a mile away. Famous Little Traverse Wheelway trail is across from us. See below for pet info. ($25 flat fee) The space We tried to think of everything we would want and put it in this unit. We have smartv’s in both bedrooms and the living room. We have comfortable couches that make it easy to sleep or nap on. We have new carpet, new furnishings and decor. This is a nice wide open space perfect for socializing and entertaining or just plain relaxing! We have 2 queen beds and 2 comfy cots with nice linens. The managers are located nearby in the park should our guests need anything. We take the guests needs seriously. The rental is located at Bay Shore Estates Mobile Home Community at 7463 old us 31 lot 4 Petoskey Mi 49770 We cannot allow the following breeds Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Mastiff, Husky, Akita, Doberman Pincher, Chow Chow, wolf hybrid, American Staffordshire Terrier or mixes of those breeds. This is what our insurance designates. We cannot have cats in the home. Thanks for understanding! We have a nice outdoor space with a fire pit, a picnic table and a small deck. The unit backs up to woods for privacy. Water sports!!! Yes, we have room for your boat, seadoos, kayaks, etc... There are 4 wineries close by if wine tours are your thing. We are also with walking distance to the famous bike path “Little Traverse Wheelway” which goes in both directions and runs from Charlevoix to Harbor Springs. West Park is also across the road which will take you to the bay. The possibilities are endless! Guest access All of the house is theirs privately. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Other things to note We are located at Bay Shore Estates at 7463 old us 31 lot 4 Petoskey Mi 49770. This is a manufactured home community. Please clean up after your pet- there is a scooper and a garbage can behind the deck. Also, we do not allow smoking or pot smoking in our homes. This is out of respect of other guests who are checking in that day. You are welcome to do those things outside but we will charge $100 for violating this rule if smoking is done inside.
