This nice open space is super comfortable & relaxing. It has vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, a water dispenser, a grill, a small deck, a fire pit, a picnic table, a soaking tub, etc... With a quick 7-minute drive to either downtown Petoskey or a 10-minute drive to Charlevoix and 20 minutes to Petoskey State Park. There is shoreline access across the road from us at West Park about a mile away. Famous Little Traverse Wheelway trail is across from us. See below for pet info. ($25 flat fee) We tried to think of everything we would want and put it in this unit. We have smartv’s in both bedrooms and the living room. We have comfortable couches that make it easy to sleep or nap on. We have new carpet, new furnishings and decor. This is a nice wide open space perfect for socializing and entertaining or just plain relaxing! We have 2 queen beds and 2 comfy cots with nice linens. The managers are located nearby in the park should our guests need anything. We take the guests needs seriously. The unit backs up to woods for privacy. Water sports!!! Yes, we have room for your boat, seadoos, kayaks, etc... There are 4 wineries close by if wine tours are your thing. We are also with walking distance to the famous bike path “Little Traverse Wheelway” which goes in both directions and runs from Charlevoix to Harbor Springs. West Park is also across the road which will take you to the bay. The possibilities are endless! All of the house is theirs privately. We are available for whatever our guests need and live close by. This unit is an elegant home in a nice community directly across from Lake Michigan and the Bay Harbor Golf Course. This community is tucked off of Old US 31 and is called Bay Shore Estates. We are 20 Miles from Boyne Mountain and 17 miles from Boyne Highland. We host many skiiers during the snow season. West Park is across the street off Townline Road! If you are up for a walk it’s worth it to see the crystal clear light blue water and to look for Petoskey stones on the rocky shore line! Petoskey State Park is a sandy beach to play in. Enjoy the crystal blue water of the bay! If you are into biking/walking there is a paved bike trail along the coast that you can get to from our unit! It goes to Charlevoix one way and to Downtown Petoskey the other way all the way to Harbor Springs. The home has local travel guides in it for your convenience. There is a shuttle that goes to the Odawa Casino. There are plenty of bike trails and rentals. We provide all that information in the unit. There is a 59 page book that has all the activities listed. Boyne Mountain is 20 miles from the unit and Boyne Highlands is 17 miles. We are located at Bay Shore Estates at 7463 old us 31 lot 4 Petoskey Mi 49770. This is a manufactured home community. Please clean up after your pet- there is a scooper and a garbage can behind the deck. Also, we do not allow smoking or pot smoking in our homes. This is out of respect of other guests who are checking in that day. You are welcome to do those things outside but we will charge $100 for violating this rule if smoking is done inside.
