One bedroom on second floor of cozyEnglish Tudor on quiet, safe street in the wonderful Pleasant Ridge neighborhood. Kenwood mall is 6 minutes away, Jewish Hospital is 10 minutes and the Pleasant Ridge business district is a little over a mile away. My home is centrally located to all major highways and within 15 minutes driving distance to downtown. Off street parking and private/shared bathroom available. Gracie bear (my dog) snuggles are also a perk. The space Have the convenience of the city but the serenity of living in the woods. My backyard leads into French Park Reserve. Guest access Guests have limited access to Kitchen and Laundry. During your stay I have a pretty packed schedule. I'm typically home during the morning hours or after 6p. I like to give folks their space but I am pretty social.
