The space The Lodging Our property is to be found in Ostra Vetere, a small medieval town in the Italian Marches (Le Marche) region, just a few kilometres from the "velvety" beaches of Senigallia, so-called on account of the softness of their sand. It is not an old apartment, it is rather the "piano nobile", the main floor of an historical palace, once belonging to the Franceschini counts. Guest access There are at your disposal 3 bedrooms (sleeping 8 people), 2 living rooms and a large dining room, as well as a kitchen and a bathroom, for a total of about 300 square metres. There is certainly no lack of space! The furnishings are antique, the ceilings of the living rooms and bedrooms are decorated in stucco and with 16th century paintings, the floors are in the original Italian polychrome "cotto" tiling and in the dining room there is a great brick fireplace for cooking grilled and roast meat and fish in company with friends. Although your stay with us will take you back in time, you will also have all the necessary modern comforts: digital TV, Wi-Fi internet, dishwasher etc. The apartment is entirely at your disposal. In the palace there are 2 other apartments which are, however, not currently occupied by the owners. Other things to note On winter is required an extra charge for heating.
