914 Waters is a quaint condo complex in a charming neighborhood East of town and is a short 2 block walk to the center of town where you will encounter world class dining, retail therapy & the beautiful scenery that Aspen is known for. The "downtowner" is also a free transportation option (check out the app). The unit is almost 600 sq ft. and boasts ample storage for all of your gear. The skylight and large windows let you enjoy the scenery and the sunshine of the well maintained 1Bedroom unit. The space The kitchen is stocked with most all the gadgets a great chef would need. The large open area allows for great interaction of guests. Large screen TV with great cable package. 4 stools at the bar for dining or open the collapsible dining table to enjoy your meals. These are great spaces to play cards or board games also. Smaller kids can sleep on the large sectional or use the self-inflatable Frontgate air bed. The bed self-inflates and self-deflates in under 4 minutes. The bed sits on a frame up off the floor and comes with a mattress pad as well as new linens. Extra linens, towels and blankets are stored in the unit. Assigned parking spot is located directly out back (down 6 stairs) or walk in from the front walkway. The complex houses full time year round residents as well as seasonal and short term renters. There is a property manager as well as a building manager and maintenance person on staff 24/7. Guest access The rental is a 1Bedroom / 1Bath condo with an assigned parking space. Laundry room with coin operated machines is located downstairs. Bike Rack located out front of unit. Ski storage available.
