Please read carefully before completing your reservation. Your booking means your acceptance — thank you for understanding. ⸻ 👑 Our Hosting Philosophy — The HOSSY STYLE Way N°5 CONDOMINIUM is run by a Real Host, not an agency. I’m the owner of the building, the on-site manager, and a long-time community security leader. Every guest receives in-person check-in, real communication, and genuine hospitality. Keys in a mailbox? Zero interaction? That’s not us. If you prefer self check-in with no communication, another place will suit you better. This place is for guests who value authenticity, respect, and real human connection. ⸻ 🧱 Respect for Community & Building N°5 is located in a shared residential building. Families, workers, and long-term residents live here. Respect for the community is not optional — it’s essential. Any smell or trace = indoor smoking. 2. 🌙 Quiet Hours After 8:00 PM, keep the atmosphere calm. 3. 👥 No Visitors / No Parties Only registered guests are allowed. No extra visitors, no gatherings, no parties. 4. 👟 Shoes Off Please remove shoes at the entrance — Japanese style. 5. 🧳 Safety & Behavior No dangerous items, weapons, fireworks, or illegal substances. Be respectful to neighbors, staff, and other tenants. 6. 🧼 Clean & Tidy Please keep the space neat. Dispose of trash properly. Other things to note Other details to note – HOSSY STYLE For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, self check-in is not available. Instead, I’ll personally welcome you when you arrive. This isn’t just about security — it’s also part of the HOSSY STYLE experience. 🌟 If you prefer zero interaction or only self check-in, another place might suit you better. But here, you’ll be greeted with kindness, good vibes, and maybe even a coffee together if our schedules match. ☕✨ Check-in & check-out • 🕒 Check-in after 4:00 PM at my office (look for the big red doors, then just to the left). • Since I multitask a lot, I might not always be in the office — so please let me know your arrival time in advance so we can sync up smoothly. • ⏰ Check-out by 12:00 PM. Need flexibility? Just ask, and if possible, I’ll make it happen. Other notes • Guests under 13 years old can’t usually be accommodated (but sometimes exceptions can be discussed in advance). • To keep the atmosphere comfortable for everyone, please respect the building and neighbors — no smoking in rooms/hallways, no loud noise, no leaving the place messy, and of course, no damage.
