Large house with garden 10 minutes from the beaches

The space The house can accommodate 8 people. It is our main residence and shows some signs of wear and tear. We have left some personal belongings (books, comics, games, etc.) that you are welcome to use, provided you take good care of them. The house includes: On the ground floor: - a large 60 m² room comprising an open-plan kitchen with a central island (equipped with an oven, refrigerator, small freezer, gas hob, toaster, coffee maker, etc.), a large dining table, and a living area. - a comfortable TV room with an adjoining bathroom (with a walk-in shower and sink). - a separate toilet - a workshop that is not accessible. On the first floor: - 3 bedrooms with double beds (2 double beds and 1 queen bed) - 1 bedroom with a single bed (130 cm) - 1 bathroom with sink, bathtub, and toilet On the second floor (attic): - 1 open bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) - 1 open playroom (with a great collection of Playmobil figures!) A travel cot is available upon request. For young children, a baby bathtub and high chair are also available. Outside: A large, wooded garden with a charming little pond (fish, frogs, dragonflies, and water lilies!), a chicken coop with two hens that will lay delicious eggs, and some aromatic plants. It is equipped with a partially covered terrace, an outdoor dining table, a griddle, and a shade sail. Private parking for two vehicles is available. IMPORTANT: - We will leave you to care for our cat, Mimine (very affectionate and used to children). She will only need a cup of kibble per day (provided) and a little water. She sleeps outside but enjoys resting in the house during the day. - We do not provide sheets, bath towels, or dish towels (except for bath mats).
