Whangamata Bach - handy to beach and shops

Ocean Road. Walking distance to town and the beach. One bedroom with double bed and 2nd bedroom has set of bunks and a single bed. Gas BBQ available. Airconditioning/Heating. Suitable for small families and mature adults/couples. No under 25 year olds unless with a family. Deck is not fenced and therefore unsuitable for babies or walking toddlers and we take no responsibility if injury occurs (deck height is just under 1 metre high). Xmas/New Year and up to end of January minimum stay 5 nights. Special conditions: Please supply own linen - sheets, pillowslips, tea towels and towels No smoking or vaping inside. Cleaning products supplied so please clean and vacuum and leave bach as you find it. Arrival after 1pm and depart before 11am NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);
