Guest access You have private access to the carriage house and the private courtyard with the pavilion Other things to note I will consider one SMALLER dog who is NON SHEDDING or light shedding all pups MUST be Flea controlled NON BARKERS and no pets on the furniture If your pup is a protective barker ( not the best Match ) $80.00 per dog per stay ( one dog only low shed or none ) We will need a photo of your one dog prior to full confirmation. We do not allow cats or any other animals or comfort animals. On sunny good days, we offer a luggage storage just behind the gate, but we cannot guarantee it will be available, it is outdoors, so it must be good weather otherwise your luggage will be rained on Accessibility Notice: Please note that this property is not wheelchair accessible. The entryway and hallway doorways are not wide enough for wheelchairs, walkers, or other mobility devices. In addition, the bathroom has a tub/shower combination that may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. My cottage is not child proofed but many babies have stayed we provide a pack n play with advance notice at time of booking You as the parents take responsibility but kids are welcome!
