Hillside View is a 4 bed 3 bath luxury Bali style villa located in one of the most prestigious projects. Hillside Hamlet is a secure gated residential community of 30 villas about 10 mins drive from HuaHin town center. Built on a 600 sqm plot with a 10mx4m infinity pool with jacuzzi and BBQ bar and kitchen area with fridge and sink. Three of the bedrooms open directly onto the pool. There is a private garage and laundry facilities. The space All bedrooms have wooden teak floors. All the rooms have two sets of 5* hotel quality bed linen and towels for both inside and outside. There is private secure parking for 2 cars accessed via remote electric gate. A rental car or other form of transport is recommended as the shops and restaurants while close are not within walking distance. The "Grab" app can also be used to get taxis. Guest access The house is let as a whole so all areas are accessible. You will be provided with one remote for the electric garage gate. The garage gate has a sensor to prevent it closing if it is blocked. There is a childrens grassed play ground about 50 meters up the internal road with many childrens items. There is an internal phone system connecting all houses and to the security guard at the gate. Other things to note The house has a 4kw solar power system so the electricity bills will be lower than what you actually use. The pool gets shade in the morning and sun in the afternoon. (Photos were taken in the morning.) Utility costs. Electricity is charged at 7 baht per kwh and water is charged at 60 baht per cubic meter. If you are staying for more than a week and would like to have the house cleaned and linen changed this can be arranged in advance and will be charged at the same rate as the end of period cleaning fee of Tbt3000 per change.
