The villa is immersed in a garden of two hectares of Mediterranean vegetation, fruit trees, olive and lemon groves, offering a wonderful view of Capri, Ischia and the Gulf of Naples to Vesuvius. This luxury property has 12 comfortable bedrooms, all elegantly furnished with a trendy design and it can accommodate up to 24 people. Anyway, on request, it is possible to add two double sofa beds and two single beds up to a total of 30 sleeps. All the bedrooms have double or twin beds, private bathroom, except one whose bathroom is located nearby and without kitchenette. The suite has a window with view on the bay and its islands. The rooms have air-conditioning, minibar, Internet (cable or Wi-Fi connection), kitchenette foldaway, 32" Lcd Tv with digital and satellite channels. Outside the villa features a beautiful infinity pool that is 12 x 8.50 meters and is equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs. Villa Sveva is the perfect location for those who are looking for a tranquil location, being close to the major tourist attractions of this beautiful region, it is ideal for stays and events of group of families, friends and travelers from all over the world who wish to live shared experiences (hiking, cooking classes, yoga etc.). Rental rules A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival. Check-In time is from 16:00, Check-Out time is by 10:00 Am Minimum stay: 3 nights in low season, 1 week in the other periods (changeover day Saturday). Rates are inclusive of: daily cleaning (5 hours a day, 6 days per week), cot (up to 3), electricity (up to 300 kw per week, 2 sets of linens and bath towels).
