Idaho Falls is the gateway to so many beautiful places to visit. Your home away from home is located five minutes from the airport and less than two minutes from I-15, US HWY 20 & 26. A short five minute walk will also provide you a beautiful walking experience around the Snake River on the Idaho Falls Greenbelt. If you are here for one night or several, you will love the spacious 1 bedroom, full bath, living room, and full kitchen. We love Idaho Falls and are excited to host you. Once you enter this cozy basement apartment, it is all yours. You will have your own access on the side of the house. A key-less entry allows you to check in and come and go on your schedule. WiFi, Netflix, and Amazon Prime are included. The kitchen comes stocked with cooking implements and four place settings to allow you to cook and eat in if you desire. We live upstairs so if you need anything, just knock on the door or send us a message and we'll do all we can to assist you. We have lived in Idaho Falls for over 20 years and grew up in the region. If you need information on things to do or places to see, we would love to share what we know with you. This is a quiet neighborhood and is just a few minutes from the beauty of the falls on the Idaho Falls Greenbelt which you can walk to. On Saturdays be sure and take in the Farmers Market or stroll around historic Downtown Idaho Falls. Whether you are headed on an adventure, out to dinner, or out to do some shopping, this home is within minutes of highways, restaurants, and shopping. Our home is 100 years old with many unique features. It is still heated with a boiler and radiant heaters. As such there are pipes and doorways that are lower, please watch your head as you walk down the stairs, through doorways, in the kitchen and bedroom. Take this into consideration if you are a tall (6’ or taller) guest. Also, there is a small step up going from the entry way into the living room and a small step down going from the living room to the kitchen. Our laundry room and a second refrigerator are at the bottom of the stairs. You may hear us doing laundry occasionally or getting something from the fridge, but we respect your privacy and are consciously quiet as we can be.
