Room in a one story house with 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms. Recently built, spacious, and modern. Minutes away from the Woodlands Mall, Waterway, and the ExxonMobil campus. Ideal for professionals with work ties in the Woodlands and North Houston. Easy access to major highways like I-45, 99, and Hardy Tollway. 5-10min drive to HEB, Walmart, banks, gyms and multiple restaurants. The room is equipped with Roku Smart TV. Bathroom will be private for 14 days of the month. The space The space has a very homey feel to it…It is decorated in a fashionable way and is always maintained clean and comfortable. Guest access All common areas (kitchen, living room, nook and backyard) are open spaces for guest. During your stay This is my home. I'm away for most of the day so interactions will be minimal. However, I'm very easy going and enjoy meeting new people. Feel free to reach out if you need anything! Other things to note Please note that for longer stays (months), I do ask that we split the cost of getting a maid to clean your bathroom. This cost will be passed at cost (no up-charge).
