We have a large open plan dining room living room. With a large table, which is perfect for the whole family. Big gardens front and back, which includes a new climbing structure / outdoor gym. My favourite place in the house is the south facing balcony. Perfect for a lazy morning coffee with a view. We are located just back from the beach. A short walk you can join the boardwalk which takes you all the way along shoreham beach. You can walk along to Ferry road bakery or ice cream parlour.
