Goat House at Cypress Oaks Farm

In addition to a TV, high speed internet and a coffee bar, we’ve recently improved our outdoor area with a paved patio! Enjoy the cool shaded area and BBQ after a day in the sun. The Goat House is tucked away on the edge of woods on the outskirts of Live Oak. Close enough to run to the store and far enough for a quiet starlit night relaxing in a hammock or enjoying a small bonfire on cool nights. The space Our tiny house welcomes you with a bright, fully stocked kitchen, a cozy seating area and a pop-up breakfast bar with stools The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, desk, dresser, closet and full bathroom with walk-in shower. Enjoy the comforts of climate controlled A/C & Heat. You'll love the fresh peacefullness of relaxing outdoors, close with nature. Centrally located, we are just minutes away from festivals, fairs, flea markets & antiquing, rodeos, and music events throughout the year! Guest access You will have private access to the tiny house and surrounding yard. It is fenced and gated. We do have an outdoor firepit and can provide wood to burn upon request. There is also putdoor seating, a picnic table, and a hammock. Please do not venture into paddocks for firewood or to see the animals. The horses and goats frequently visit along the fence. There is a fresh water hose available for your use, such as rinsing off your kayak or dive gear, rinsing your cooler, etc.. Other things to note We have 2 horses, raise Tennessee Fainting goats, have chickens, ducks in the pond, dogs and a barn cat named Banjo! Our entire property is cross fenced and the animals have their own space. Please keep your pet on a leash when outside of the tiny house yard.
