Quiet, in a cul-de-sac lulled by the sound of waves, a recent charming house and its family bungalow, with quality materials, within the same property. The property has 3 private and closed parking spaces for 3 cars. The main house consists of a large bright living room overlooking a beautiful ocean-facing veranda overlooking a magnificent infinity salt pool with a pretty garden below. The independent bungalow sleeps 4 people. The space Main house detail: The house has private and enclosed parking for 2 cars. It consists of a large bright living room overlooking the ocean-facing veranda (breathtaking view!) overlooking the salt infinity pool with, below, a pretty garden. The fully equipped open kitchen adjoins the veranda. The house has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms: The first on the ground floor with direct access to the side garden, equipped with a double bed, a dressing room and including a sink/toilet area. The other two are located upstairs (duplex bedrooms). The first is equipped with a double bed, you have to go through the first bedroom to enter the second, which is very large, has two sleeping spaces: one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. Both bedrooms have sea views. A large independent upstairs bathroom completes this set. Also, an outdoor bathroom with walk-in shower is also available to guests. Bungalow details: The bungalow is independent with its private entrance and gated parking lot (1 car). It consists of a bedroom (1 double bed) on an air-conditioned mezzanine, a living room with sofa (can be converted into a bed), a bathroom with walk-in shower, an equipped kitchen and a veranda overlooking a pretty garden with trees. You will have unlimited access to our green slate infinity pool, salt water, with its stone beach and deckchairs. Guests can use the gas or charcoal barbecue. Linens (sheets and towels) are provided and you will have a laundry room with 2 washing machines, 1 ironing board and iron. Wi-Fi internet access. The deposit is €1200 to be paid by check. Check-in time: between 3pm and 7pm Checkout time: between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. These times may vary in your favor if the place is not rented before or after. No pets allowed and no smoking inside the house and bungalow. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Our house has been rented seasonally since 07/08/2015.
