Luxury private home in historic Litchfield Park with optional use of newly constructed guest casita (Perfect for remote working!). Our home is located just minutes from West Valley spring training stadiums, The Wigwam golf resort, restaurants/shopping, Westgage, NFL and NHL Stadiums. Enjoy life on the property relaxing with the family in the resort style backyard w/optional Heated Pool . Take a bike ride on cruisers (provided) to the resort or Litchfield Park restaurants for outdoor dining. The space The main house on the property sleeps 8 adults comfortably in four bedrooms. The bedrooms include a master suite with a king bed and full attached bath, two additional bedrooms with queen beds in each, and a forth bedroom with two twin beds. For additional guests you can add on the detached poolside Casita which features a king bed, a full bath, a kitchenette, and a living room with a full size pull-out couch. The cost to add on the Casita is an additional $100/night. (not reflected in the displayed price). The pool can also be optionally heated for an additional fee. (Inquire with owner - fee is dependent on length of stay) Guest access The full home is accessible. If the casita is rented there is a key in a lock box a code will be provided for. The home is equipped with smart home technology and key will not be needed to access the home. A pin will be created and given prior to check in for the main home. Other things to note Our home is in a quiet neighborhood with a peaceful atmosphere. While we encourage a good a time this is not a good choice for a “party house” thank you!
