Magnificent beach house with amazing sea views available for a three night minimum. Bookings accepted for family groups and people over 30 years old (No Party Groups Please). Can sleep 10-12 people with two completely separate floors, and two separate cooking and dining areas. There is a 3rd story Eagles Nest with amazing bay views, table and chairs. There 4 bedrooms total and an office with fold out bed. Downstairs are 3 bedrooms, 2 Queen size, and the other with 4 x single bunks. There is a large bathroom downstairs with a bath and shower, separate toilet, lounge, dining area, TV, kitchenette, BBQ and outdoor dining in an enclosed patio as well. Upstairs is the master Queen bedroom with ensuite, and walk in robe. There is a double fold out bed in the office, main kitchen with dishwasher, oven and convection cooktop, lounge, and large balcony with sea views. There is split system heating and cooling throughout the house, and some rooms also have ceiling fans. The house is located 100 metres from the beach, with a double garage, a rooftop verandah 3 stories high with amazing bay views, and plenty of room for extra parking. The house is pet friendly for 2 small dogs. It is across the road from St Leonards yacht club and an easy walk into St Leonards. It is also close to Edwards Point Nature Reserve. St Leonards is a quiet, undiscovered coastal gem on the Bellarine Peninsula, close to many vineyards, such as Jack Rabbit, and Terindah Estate, and was a filming location for the Australian TV series SeaChange. There are bike and walking tracks to Portarlington and a ship wreck to snorkel around nearby.
