Home in Prior Lake

This custom built home was completed and furnished 2016. Large lot, full walkout basement w/ bar, 5 bed + office with couch-sofa, 4.5 bath, screened porch, beautiful views. Master bed and guest master bed both include en-suite bath for inlaws/friends. There are 4 additional bedrooms. There is a dock with lake access (not great to swimming from shore), and local boat rentals available. 30 mins to downtown Minneapolis/Airport/Stadium/Mall of America. Great small town and quiet neighborhood The space Custom home built in 2016. We set up the home to be great for families who would like to spend some time on the lake while still being close to Minneapolis. There are two master bedrooms, both with en-suite baths (one with a tub and shower), and both sporting views of the lake and king beds. Two other bedrooms share a bathroom and have queen beds. On the main floor there is an office/bedroom with a pull-out mattress. The room in the basement is perfect for older kids/teens with a full/twin bunk bed. Both master bedrooms have 42" flat screen TVs. The main floor is nice and open with a large island kitchen and modern appliances. There is a covered patio and deck off the main floor for enjoying great views while being outside and still protected from the bugs. The main room has a gas fireplace and 60" flat screen TV. The walk-out basement is fully finished and has high ceilings, a full bath, walk out access to the yard/lake/dock, and a bar. There is a gas fireplace and 60" flat screen TV. High speed wifi throughout and basic cable are available. The yard is very large and we will have yard games in the garage. There is a sandy beach and roll-out dock for accessing the water. There is also a large fire pit. The location is not best suited for swimming from shore, given that we are in the corner of a shallow bay, but the lake swimming beaches are very close by. Also our bay is great for swimming off the boat or other watercraft, and the bay is great for paddleboarding. If you are planning on bringing a boat or interested in renting a pontoon. There is a local place called Prior Lake Pontoon Rentals that knows my house well and will bring the boat right up to the dock so you dont have to launch or pull it out of the water. Guest access The entire home will be available, aside from a couple locked storage closets. The shed in the yard is not for renters and will be locked. Other things to note Please be considerate of the neighbors. During both summer and winter we may have landscaping/snow removal service. We will do our best to coordinate around your stay.
