The space The Sassa Mermaid offers all the comforts from home. We strive to make you feel at home from the comfort of premium mattresses and bedding to a well stocked kitchen and dining space. There is a Weber grill with a covered seating area with a swimming pool and large fire pit with a cover out back over looking the water. Get in tune with nature and watch the many migratory bird, otters, manatees, and the occasional Bob cat...but my favorite is listening to the abundant mullet spring out of the water making a fun splash! Guest access The whole house and fenced yard with boat house and kayaks is all for your private, exclusive use during your stay! Other things to note You can kayak from our canal to the Hall’s River and it will turn into the Homosassa River at the bridge where Nature’s Resort and Margarita grill is located. The Hall’s River doesn’t a lot of boat traffic with makes it a nature lovers paradise and a kayakers dream.
