It feels like another world within the unit, and the trees around the outside decks integrate with nature, offering partial lake & mountain views. The unit has been updated throughout with high-efficiency heating, cozy gas fireplace, and all new dual pane windows and doors. Additional insulation was added during the remodel to ceilings and walls, helping to retaining warmth and reducing noise throughout. The kitchen is easy to use and clean, and accommodates several working chefs, designed around a center island. Includes modern appliances for all your needs… Induction range, large capacity refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers and grinder, toaster oven, and electric kettle. Professional-grade cookware, and all dishes, flatware and utensils are brand new. Custom-built dining table(s) can be separated to have 1 game table and 1 dining table. Open floor plan with a large 14-foot couch for lounging and enjoying movies, with warm gas fireplace, and patio door that opens out to the upper deck with views. Plus, a large loft to hang out and cozy up with a good book or play games with the kiddos. Each bedroom has open closets with deep custom shelves, ample storage, and plenty of lights for specific needs. Each bedroom can sleep a minimum of 4, thereby giving many options to choose for families, couples or individuals. Bedroom 1 has (2) custom-built bunk beds — 1 queen/twin XL, and 1 twin XL/ twin XL. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower/tub. Bedroom 2 (Primary) has a king bed and built-in bunk bed (twins). Another en suite bathroom includes double sink vanity, walk-in shower, and private toilet room. The master bedroom also includes a private exterior deck amongst tall pine trees, accessed through a sliding patio door. Bedroom 3 is in the main level, and has a custom-built queen/queen bunk bed, with broad vaulted ceilings. There are retractable baby gates (4 total) at top and bottom of each stairwell. There is also a highchair, and several toys and games for toddlers and children. We've ensured safety features throughout, such as a burn resistant stove top, though recommend that your children are supervised during your stay. Guest access There is a 54" Samsung HDTV with Netflix, Amazon, and other apps. TV can be viewed from many perspectives within the main living space, including kitchen, dining, and even from the loft. The wifi broadcasts a strong signal throughout the multi-story unit. There is also an Amazon Echo, and Soundbar that doubles as a bluetooth speaker for your own devices and playlists. Laundry closet includes LG front-loading washer and dryer. Detergent and cleaning supplies are found there as well. Within the complex there are 2 heated swimming pools available in the summer only. Both pools have bathrooms, and dry saunas in each bathroom. The local private beaches are currently closed to non-residents, though, Sand Harbor State Park is 2 miles away and is currently open. There are a lot of park-and-walk options to enjoy the lake on the East shore, and on the California side, King's Beach is open along with many other public beaches along the North Shore.
