Villa Casablancka - Quiet with Riceterrace views!

Located on Bali’s southwest coast is an area called Kerambitan in the Tabanan Regency. Nestled between rice fields and 1 km away from the sea, Casablancka is an architecturally stunning five-bedroom Villa resting upon 4,830 square meters of riverside land. The Villa consists of five bedrooms with three in the Main House and two in the Guest House. Each has its own attached bathroom with towels and amenities provided. The bedrooms are all airconditioned and 3 are equipped with a safe. The space The Villa has been designed around a Balinese spatial concept, arranged in increasing order of sanctity as they approach a central zen space known as the Akasa. The Akasa at this property is a gravel bed lining the patio just below the Main House and is also used as a space for playing the french Ball game called Pétanque. It represents the Unification of the eastern and western Cultures of its Indonesian and French Owners. The house was envisioned as a modern interpretation of traditional Balinese buildings with its open plan concept. The Villa utilizes local organic materials and seeks to enhance the connection between the internal spaces with the surrounding nature. The aim to exist in harmony with the environment is another concept central to Balinese architecture. An open-air living area that stretches 14m from the main house into the garden features bamboo frameworks and screens that can be opened to provide protection from the natural elements. All rooms in the Villa offer stunning views of the swimming pool, the river below and rice terraces beyond. Guest access - 4,380 m2 of land and half of it kept as a garden with a variety of fruit trees planted around the property. - Infinity-edge Pool measuring 16m long x 4m wide x 1.50m deep. - Full-size Tennis Court with a collection of tennis rackets and tennis balls available. - Entertainment room with a 1,70m wide Smart TV and a collection of over 100 DVD's. - Full-size outdoor Petanque court with metal balls available. - Home office and library. - Free wifi is available throughout the villa. Other things to note - Our kitchen is not available for the clients to use. We can provide a Cook/Chef upon request at extra cost. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available at the cost of supermarket grocery + 10% transportation and handling fee. This can be paid directly to the Cook/Chef. Please have cash in Rupiah available. - Check out time is 12 pm. Guests who want to stay longer anytime until 6 pm will be charged 50% of the daily rate.
