STR STR2021-12 The space The Cimarron Residence is a professionally managed and designed one-bedroom home in a quiet Ridgway neighborhood just off Main Street. The adobe-style architecture and natural finishes create a warm and inspiring comfortable space that works well for both short visits and longer stays. Interiors Inside, high ceilings with local log beams and large windows bring in natural light and views of the Cimarron Range. Living Area: Sofa and chairs around a gas fireplace open concept with dining and kitchen. Bedroom: Premium King bed with quality linens, black out curtains and ample closet storage. Flat screen Samsung frame TV Bathroom: Spacious spa like bathroom with adobe style walk-in shower double sink vanity and fresh towels. Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen chefs kitchen with gas range and oven, microwave, wine fridge, and dishwasher. Extensive cookware, and a dining island that seats four. This kitchen is a treat to cook in with extensive views and space. Outdoor Space The covered porch is set up for year-round use, with a dining table, bar ledge, and seating around a gas fire pit. Built-in heaters help extend outdoor time into cooler seasons to enjoy the beautiful views. A hot tub adds an amazing way to relax and enjoy the mountain views after a day of adventure. Location The home is within walking distance to Ridgway’s shops, extensive restaurants, and local trails. It’s a short drive to Ouray’s hot springs, and the nearby Orvis Hot springs, Ridgway State Park, and about 45 minutes to Telluride for skiing, hiking, or events. 15 minutes to Ouray and 30 Minutes to the Montrose Airport. Access is straightforward, but winter guests should be prepared for snow/ice conditions. AWD/4WD is recommended in snowy months. Hot Tub & Fire Pit: Both are for guest use. Please follow posted instructions for safe use, and note that quiet hours apply after 10 pm out of respect for neighbors. Heating/Cooling: The home has radiant floor heating, and a gas fire place as well as supplemental heaters on the porch. There is no central air conditioning (typical for the region), but fans are provided in summer and a standing AC unit for the bedroom. Work & Connectivity: Wi-Fi is reliable for streaming and remote work. Speed test screenshot available upon request. Events & Visitors: The property is not suitable for large gatherings or parties. Registered guests only unless approved in advance. Wildlife & Nature: Being in the mountains, you may see deer, bears, or other wildlife. Please keep food indoors and secure trash.
