A roomy, inviting place to call home in Colorados most beautiful mountain town! Nestled in the “west end” of the town of Telluride, an incredible location. The front door opens right up to Cornet creek, and just across the street from Lift 7 ski resort. Steps away from the famous Siam Thai restaurant and There bar, yet the condo is private and quiet. Only a few minutes walk to the gondola and directly across the street from the free town bus stop. Enjoy all Telluride has to offer no car needed The space This newly remodeled, spacious, one bedroom one bath condo is located in the heart of the town of Telluride. The front door opens up to Cornet creek and is directly across the street from lift 7 for access to the ski resort, hiking, and biking trails. The complex is as close to ski and ski out as you can get in the town of Telluride. It’s a perfect downtown location for enjoying all the excitement that Telluride offers but also quiet and private. Featuring a brand new luxury KING mattress in the bedroom as well as comfy pullout couch with new memory foam mattress provides extra sleeping space for children or extra guests. An extra queen air matress is available on request for additional guests. A TV setup with streaming is provided for guests in the living room and bedroom. General cable is not provided. This condo also features a FULL kitchen with everything you may need to cook a meal at home. Stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and blender are provided. We also provide a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig coffee maker. Deck chairs for sunning by the river, and a picnic table are located just outside the front door creekside. A new propane grill and fire pit are also located just outside next to Cornet Creek. You can grill out while enjoying the calming sound of the gurgling creek and sipping a glass of wine at the riverside fire pit. Clarks Market (the most complete and affordable grocery store in Telluride) is just a two minute walk away from the complex. Wonderful restaurants such as Siam and There Bar as well as the Wine Mine (wine, beer and spirits) are just across Pacific St, also a two minute walk. It is just a short walk from the condo to Colorado Ave or the gondola. The free bus stop is just 50m away. This is the place to be when visting Telluride. You will have everything at your fingertips but also have privacy and the ability to be surrounded by nature. We are a husband and wife superhost team that do everything from handling all the bookings, questions etc, to cleaning and maitenence. We live around the corner and are available whenever you may need assistance. When booking our condo you can rest assured that our small business means everything to us and we will always respond to any questions or concerns right away. You will not deal with the hassles of large property management companies that remotely oversee dozens of units. It would be an honor to host you and your family. If you are planning on flying into Montrose, A shuttle really is the way to go to get to Telluride. Once you get to Telluride you won’t need a car at all. The shuttle companies that I know of are Telluride Express Mountain Limo Western Slope Rides Telluride Car Service TOT business license #00710 Guest access Lounge chairs are available for use creekside, as well as a picnic table and a propane grill. There is also a propane fire pit to enjoy in the summer and fall months. There is a stop for the free town bus just steps away from the condo. Two crusier bikes are available for free use during your stay. There are also two camping chairs available for festivals, as well as a pack n play travel crib for families with small children. These items are available on a first come first serve basis for all our listings so please reach out in advance of you are interested in any of these amenities. Other things to note This condo is on the ground floor so no stairs are needed for entry. There is a wonderful view of the creek from the living room window. The free bikes that are available for use are older Specialized cruiser bikes. They work great for riding around town. They are NOT mountain or racing bikes. There is a full kitchen in the condo featuring a brand new oven and dishwasher! There is also a washer and dryer available in the condo. If coming from Montrose are you planning on renting a car or taking one of the shuttle companies? I definitely recommend taking a shuttle as you won’t need a car once you arrive to Telluride, and it may be more economical than renting a car. I do highly recommend either having the shuttle driver stop , or stopping yourselves at City Market (in Montrose) on the way to Telluride for any snacks, food, drinks as it is much more affordable than the grocery store in Telluride. There is usually parking available upon arrival but if parking is full at the complex we can let you use our “A” parking pass for street parking in the neighborhood. We are always willing to help folks find a parking spot. Your comfort is so important to us! Our home is professionally cleaned between guests and meets top AirBNB recommendations with extra sanitization! We respond promptly to texts and phone calls, and you will have complete use of the home. No parties are allowed. We provide WiFi, and Roku TV.
