90m2 Beachfront Appartment

I prefer guests contacting me first to discuss their stay prior to making the booking request ! Sleeps 4 adults + 1 child + baby cot, direct access to beach and pool, parking lots for 2 cars Located in a small coast town of Sant Vicenc de Montalt, 35 km North of Barcelona. Easily accessible by train from Barcelona and Gerona airports and train stations. Check-in and check-out times are flexible, depending on guests schedules. Cleaning fees will depend on the number of guests and the length of their stay and will range between 65-75 euros. Guests are also offered the option to clean the appartment by themselves. It is my holiday appartment. I do not live in Spain during the year and am not around to welcome the guests in person on their arrival. I am available to assist my guests any time by e-mail or by phone.
