This flat on the ground floor has 1 bedroom, 1 living room with a sofa bed, 1 shower room and a kitchen with a cosy dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, cooker, oven, refrigerator and of course dishes. The sitting area in the yard can be used by our guests of the house to relax. Washing machine and dryer in the utility room are available to our guests free of charge. If available you can book a parking space at the house. The space This holiday flat is located only about 350 metres from the University of Koblenz-Landau, right next to the Moselle with the popular Koblenz "Stadtstrand", a beach bar with a grill restaurant with deck chairs. In the near vicinity of our house there are shopping facilities and some restaurants. You can reach the old town of Koblenz by car in a few minutes. In the courtyard we have a cosy sitting area with a pavilion and plants, which the guests of the house can use to relax or to smoke. There are 2 other holiday flats in the house - one with 1 and one with 2 bed rooms. Guest access Of course you have free access to the Internet via Wifi. The use of the washing machine and dryer is also free of charge, but we ask you to observe the usage times because of the other tenants.
