The holiday house is only a 3 mintes walk away from the famous lively beach Pantai Cenang. The house can accomodate up to 4 persons. The cozy atmosphere invites our guests to enjoy their well deserved holidays. Even though the house is only 3 minutes away from the lively tourist center of Langkawi - Pantai Cenang - it is a very quiet place in a rural environment. The space The "Villa Sunshine" is a well equipped house in traditional malaysian style. It is a traditional wooden construction with a walled concrete cultivation. There are two bedrooms with with queen size beds, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a tiled bathroom with hot and cold shower and an european toilet. A covered terrace with seating furniture offers the opportunity to be outside at daytime and in the evening. Both sleeping rooms are airconditioned. The spacy living room is equipped with a TV and a DVD player to watch DVD movies. There are also games and books available. Towels and beddings will be provided. Wifi is available and free of charge. The kitchen is equipped with a two flame stove, kitchen sink, cooking utensils, pan, toaster, cutlery and dishes. Guest access The walk to the popular tourist beach and tourist center Pantai Cenang takes only 3 minutes. On the beach there are many activities available. You can take a sunbath, swim, go for jetskiing or a banana boat rideas well as parasailing. Many restaurants, pubs and beach bars and shops offer the possibilty of just relaxing or a shopping tour. Even though the house is only a short walk away from the main tourist center Pantai Cenang it is located in a quiet rural surrounding where mostly Europeans live.
