As evening falls, the pool and spa light up to create a serene, resort-style experience, surrounded by the beauty of the native forest. House Rules – Please Read Carefully We love hosting guests who respect our home and the peaceful surroundings. To ensure everyone enjoys their stay, please observe the following rules: Strictly no parties or events Only registered guests are permitted on the property No eating or drinking in bedrooms No smoking anywhere on the property Please turn off all lights, air conditioning, and heating when leaving the house Late check-out fees apply No pets allowed Noise curfew: Midnight Parking & Lawn Care: At no time may vehicles—including cars, motorbikes, or boats—be parked on any grassed areas. There is ample space available in the driveway and on the street. Any damage to lawns, gardens, or water meters will be charged to the guest. Thank you. Guest access Easy access to the property is available. There is room for two cars on the drive way and plenty of off street parking. Bensville is a quiet, safe neighbourhood, so relax and enjoy your stay. Other things to note Please note that this accomodation is not for parties. We have a very strict rule about the numbers of guests who attend the property. When you get in touch, we will send you a few questions that must be answered before we consider your booking.
