The Little Fish is a cozy, private apartment in Hillcrest, a charming neighborhood close to everything. Guests love the exceptional privacy, with off-street parking right at the door in a peaceful, tree-lined setting. Walk to local shops, restaurants, and cafes, or take a quick 5-minute drive to downtown, UAMS, Children’s Hospital, the VA, the Zoo, and War Memorial Stadium. Ideal for work or relaxation, The Little Fish offers comfort, convenience, and easy access to Little Rock’s top spots. The space This apartment has a private keypad controlled entrance. The Little Fish apartment makes up the entire upper floor of the garage. We offer plenty of privacy in a quiet neighborhood setting. This apartment has a comfortable queen size bed. The bedroom has a large walk in closet- no need to live out a suitcase while you are staying with us. The living room area has a futon that will sleep a third in a pinch. Wifi and a smart HDTV is included. The Little Fish has a big, full kitchen. The Keurig coffee maker is already stocked with K-cups or bring some of your own favorites. There is a full size gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, cooking utensils, pots and pans- good for a quick bite or making a larger meal. Grocery stores are just a couple minutes away. There is full laundry with a stackable washer/dryer unit. There is a clothes iron and clothes steamer, so you can look your best in clean and wrinkle free clothes! The claw foot tub is great for a soak and the dual shower heads won’t run out of hot water thanks to the tankless water heater. We cater to traveling nurses and physicians- message us about stays over 30 days. Please read our reviews- we have had great guests and they have described our place even better than we can! Emotional Support Animals: We *love* animals, but this upstairs apartment is not a good fit for animals, including emotional support animals. Please do not bring your emotional support animals without prior communication and approval. Of course, this does not apply to registered service animals- no prior communication or approval is needed. Guest access The Little Fish is the entire apartment. The driveway is a shared space, with the right half being a dedicated single car parking spot that will be for the sole use of the guest. There is a small seating area under the trees on the left side of the driveway that guests can use as a shared space- great for a cup of coffee or tea.
