The home comes with a ping pong room, and two kayaks. A spruce woods on the north and bayberry, lilac bushes and ornamental plants along the south side separate it from neighbors. The driveway and well are shared with a third neighbor. Walls separating bedrooms are thin so bring your earplugs for added privacy. The only frills are the new bathroom fixtures, the recently installed water filtration system and most of all the remarkable beauty that nature supplies.
