Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: If you use the wood stove there is a fee of $75 for housekeeper to clean. Firewood delivery available upon request and for extra fee. Our cottage offers necessities such as bath soaps and all, beach towels, stocked kitchen, extra linens and more. This is a small stand alone cottage, a little over 1,000 sq. ft, kitchen, living area is small but livable, suits for up to 4 adults only or 2 adults for king bedroom and up to 3 children for queen. The 2 bedrooms is as follows, 1 with king for 1 adult or couple, and the other is 1 spacious queen bedroom for 1 adult or couple. There is a sofa futon that folds down to a bed. Please specify your number of guests. Up to 3 children considered in queen bedroom, and up to 2 or so pets considered for home, depending on size. We have the right to refuse your stay, and you will lose your booked trip no refund, if you show up and are over the guest/pet capacity. Your security deposit is responsible for caring and damage costs to the ins and outs of house, if using bicycles, paddle boards and any other amenities we offer. We will take care of all utilities, cleaning and garbage, please place all garbage in garbage bins. Please be mindful and keep home as it was presented to you. You may be charged extra cleaning fee from your deposit if the home is trashed, and or terribly out of order. Please clean pick up after your pet, please keep pets off furniture and beds. We would like all bedroom/bathroom doors shut if leaving pet home, preferably in pen. We give the cottage a thorough inspection and clean when we allow pets. If we suspect any stain or smell, we will have to get a specialist to remove, and decrease the rate from your damage deposit of $200 to pay them. Thank you.
