This is a special place right on the water, facing west, overlooking Fishing Bay and Indian Island in Eastsound on Orcas Island. I am one of three waterfront units in Eastsound and have tried to provide everything you will need for a wonderful experience on Orcas. This unit is steps away from all the shops, restaurants, bakery, museum and galleries of our little village of Eastsound. Also, I am a fourth generation islander so ask me some Orcas Island history! The space There is a sliding glass door out to this amazing view and private deck from your beautifully appointed space. Enjoy your coffee in the morning and some refreshments in the afternoon and evening as you marvel at the beauty of the water, birds and trees.I have provided everything you will need for a great stay: fully equipped kitchen, fine linens, eco-conscience amenities, locally roasted coffee and more. Templin Haven is located on Haven Road just off Main Street, steps away from Eastsound Village where all the fun shopping, resturants and town activities are. Your free parking space is right in front of the stairs that lead you to a magical stay. This area is for your private use. Free wifi is provided. I do live on the property so I am close if you need help with anything from making reservations to advice on things you can do and see. If you are coming for a wedding at the Odd Fellows Hall it is just down the street. Easy walking. Also, Emmanuel Episcopal Church and the Outlook Inn are just a couple of blocks away. Guest access The unit with its private deck is all yours. There is one free parking space right at the bottom of the stairs. Easy access to all the amenities of Eastsound Other things to note Sunday there is free music in the Village Square next to the museum. There is quite a collection of island history books and authors in the unit for your perusal. I have provided a cribbage board and cards, Bananagram game and local shopping bags for your use.
