We have a large house available for 10 people, 500 meters from the main road Mijas-Fuengirola The house consists of 4 bedroom 1 bed of 1,60, 3 beds of 1,35 and 3 beds of 90, 2 bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower), living room with fireplace, wood oven, and indoor barbecue and a independent kitchen. Outside area has a pool and a barbecue area. With views of the mountains and the sea, 20 minutes from Malaga airport and 5 km from the beach. Very good communication and easy access to Mijas or Fuengirola and the motorway / highway. Rules: - No parties are authorized. - It is necessary to comply with the laws and regulations of the community, urbanity, noise pollution, both at the state and regional and municipal level. Therefore no music or loud noises are allowed after 23.30 h. - It is not allowed to make a fire in the outdoor barbecue in case of wind and collect the awnings or elements that may be affected by wind, rain, etc. - Access to terraces without proper clothing and footwear is not allowed.
