The apartment has a balcony with sea view. You can watch the sunset. You will discover the plank path which extends over more than 2 kms on the beach, the wooden cabins ... Located close to shops, all amenities. Everything is done on foot. The 40m² apartment can accommodate 2 people. The living room, which opens onto the balcony, is equipped with plenty of storage space, a new, comfortable and easily convertible Rapido sofa and a TV corner. The kitchen with its panoramic view of the sea is bright and pleasant. All equipment is new: combined microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge and small freezer, 6-cup coffee maker, toaster. Cleaning products and garbage bags are available. The bedroom also has its sea view, a small space for writing and large closets. The bedding (160 cm wide mattress and pillows) is new.
