Zazenda House is a detached villa situated in the quiet and tranquil village of Njivice, a few minutes from the sea and swimming in clear waters. You will have your own floor with private entrance. There are balconies and a patio with sitting, dining, BBQ and relaxing areas surrounded by a lush garden. Guest access The guest premises are spacious and private including the guest floor and the chill out corner and outdoor dining area in the garden. Other things to note The Montenegro Gov requires that you register your stay in a local tourist office within 24 hrs after your arrival in the country. We will take care of this formality. The tourist tax is 1€ per day for adults and 0.5 € for children and is not included in the accommodation price but will be paid separately upon registration.
