This is the main Beach of Scott’s Head with consistent point break. Enjoy your morning coffee while checking the consistent Surf off the point from the main balcony. You will have the top level of this home to yourself. The bottom of the home is locked and not occupied so you will have total privacy. The space The upper level 2 bedroom home features large king master bedroom and second bedroom that sleeps 4, with a Queen bed and 2 singles. There is also a laundry and large bathroom with a spa bath and second seperate extra toilet. You will also have access to one garage for car or surfboard storage. There is a small back yard suitable for small dogs only. There is also a large wrap around balcony that you can sit comfortably on and enjoy the view of the ocean and right hand point break. A BBQ area is also provided. Polished concrete and timber floors throughout. Carpet is now removed. Guest access Top level of the home. Totally private and no one resides below. Other things to note Pets will be considered upon application and an extra pet fee will be charged. Small breeds only as larger dogs can jump out of the small back yard area. This is paid privately or as part of the booking and is a minimum charge of $100. If you include a pet in your booking then it is added on by air b and b, if you send an inquiry then it won't be added and will need to be paid privately. Breed and age is required and all damages paid for. The house has 1 flight of stairs which may not be suitable for toddlers or crawling babies and quests will need to accommodate for this by bringing gates. There is one gate supplied at the house to block off the upper level. There are no cots or high chairs supplied. Towels are provided in school holiday periods.
