Facing south, not overlooked, it is equipped with every comfort for a maximum capacity of 12 adults and 20 people in total (9 bedrooms) during the day and at night. As the house is on a septic tank, the maximum number of people must be respected even during the day, so it is not possible to add beds, tents or campers. Maximum 8 cars It has a large swimming pool of about 12 m x 5 m on a slight slope offering a large play area for all, large steps allow the little ones to paddle safely. Its 40 m² sunny terrace and 50 m² large covered terrace are at your disposal. Its outdoor lounge and large tables are a friendly relaxation area for dinner aperitifs with family or friends. A large plot of more than 5000 m² is also dedicated to leisure with its swing, ping pong table, ball games area and petanque court. 9 bedrooms (from 9 to 20 m²) and 6 bathrooms including 4 in master suites. Access to the 2 furthest bedrooms (one double and one single) is either from the outside or through the bedroom on the right at the end of the hallway. Sheets are provided (placed on each bed but beds not made). Towels are not provided. We'll provide you with the necessary baby equipment: bed, highchair, stroller. The house also has a 20 m² equipped kitchen open to a large 50 m² living room and dining room. The pool is doubly secured by glass barriers. Its beach is equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs and an outdoor shower. The pool is open from May to mid-October. House on borehole, not connected to the city's water network. The house is located in Trans-en-Provence, a small Provençal village 1/2 hour from sandy beaches.
