Facing south, without any vis-à-vis, it is equipped with all comforts for a maximum capacity of 12 adults and a total of 20 people (9 bedrooms) during the day and at night. As the house is on a septic tank, the maximum number of people must be respected even during the day, so it is not possible to add beds, tents or campers. Maximum 8 cars It has a large swimming pool of about 12m x 5m sloping offering a wide play area for everyone, large steps allow the little ones to wade safely. Its 40 m² sunny terrace and 50 m² large covered terrace are at your disposal. Its outdoor living room and large tables are a friendly relaxation space for aperitifs with family or friends. A large plot of more than 5000 m² is also dedicated to leisure with its swing, ping-pong table, ball games area and petanque court. 8 bedrooms (ranging from 9 to 20 m²) and 6 bathrooms, including 4 en-suite master bathrooms. Access to the 2 furthest bedrooms (one double and one single) is either from the outside or through the bedroom located on the right at the end of the hallway. The house also has a 20 m² kitchen equipped with a large 50 m² living room and dining room. The pool is doubly secured by glass barriers. Its beach is equipped with sunbathing, deck chairs and an outdoor shower. The pool is open from May to mid October. House on borehole, not connected to the city's water network.
