Holiday house so close to the south end of Pauanui beach - walk through the adjacent reserve no need to cross the road. Fully enclosed courtyard with an outdoor fireplace and fully covered dining area. House has everything that you would require for a classic kiwi holiday. Enjoy the outdoor dining area for your meals while soaking up the summer rays. House is recently renovated with new kitchen and bathroom. House comes with nespresso machine (bring your pods - we provide some), We hope you enjoy our small, clean, kiwi bach close to the beach. Special conditions: No pets please. 5 people max unless by prior arrangements. Two night minimum stay. 3 night minimum over public holiday long weekend. Standard times - Check in after 2pm on day of arrival, check out at midday on day of departure. If you need alternative times please discuss and we can try and accommodate. Extras: Cleaner (Required, NZ$100.00 per stay); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);
