Living Room with Cable TV and Farm Table that will seat 12-14 guests; Kitchen with all appliances including a Keurig Coffee Make and Continental breakfast and Fresh Eggs; Media Room with flat screen cable TV and Wii game console; Courtyard with seating and gas grill adjoins the media room; Front and back outside porches; Upstairs enclose sun room. The only space that is OFF LIMITS is the Office. The building is SMOKE FREE and Pet friendly ($10/pet/night). We have two twin air mattresses. Please let us know if they will be needed. Our staff will come by daily to restock and tidy up. If you do not want this service, please let us know. There are two Cable TV's in the common areas and three of the upstairs bedrooms have TV's and a WII in the media room. Wifi is available in the whole building. Please make yourself at home and don't hesitate to contact us if you need anything. Meet and greet new guests and interact with them daily. Amtrak stops three days a week going both East and West.
