Our guests can also spend moments of pure relaxation in the beautiful infinity pool or in the large garden in the shade of olive trees. The apartments are located a few steps from the beach, easily reachable by a short bike ride (about 1 km). The place is completely flat, located in open countryside, near the quiet town of Marotta, a holiday destination for many families with children. In the property, completely fenced, there is a large farmhouse and some outbuildings. Guests inside the property have a large space to park their cars, comfortable apartments and open spaces to eat and relax, as well as the garden and the beautiful swimming pool. Marotta beach is less than 1 km away; a little farther you can visit Fano and Senigallia, a seaside resort with a lively nightlife. The Adriatic coast, in front of the apartments, offers sandy and pebble beaches, each with its own charm. In addition to the coast, also the places of the interior are particularly interesting: Urbino, Gradara, Corinaldo and Mondavio, a short drive away, surely deserve a visit.
