The villa features one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), a kitchen-dining-living room with a fireplace, a shower bathroom, and a private garden with a barbecue, sun loungers, and a heated pool available year-round. We are located in Las Rosas, an authentic rural settlement at 1,000 metres above sea level, surrounded by farmland and protected pine forest. From the finca, the views stretch across the Atlantic Ocean to the silhouette of Gran Canaria on the horizon. At night, far from the light pollution of the coast, the sky recovers its full depth. The setting is completed by the sounds of nature — the birds that accompany every morning — and the stillness of a place where the pace of life changes from the moment you step through the door. A few minutes away, you will find walking trails through the pine forest, charming villages in the Tenerife highlands and viewpoints with unique views across the island. We are a finca in a real rural settlement, surrounded by farmland, protected pine forest and living nature. If you are looking for authenticity, you are in the right place. If you need the coast's buzz, we are probably not the right fit. Community cats: The finca is home to a community of cats, a natural part of rural life in Las Rosas. They are calm and unobtrusive, but we think it is worth knowing in advance. No pets allowed: Out of respect for the community cats and the finca's natural environment, no pets or other animals are permitted under any circumstances. Organic garden: Our garden is organic. We do not use pesticides or chemical products. We care for the land the same way we care for our guests. Adults only (16+): Villa I is designed exclusively for adults aged 16 and over. No children permitted. House rules: We are a rural environment with neighbours and nature all around. We ask for moderate noise levels, respect for the surroundings and care for the facilities.
